3.  USER COMMENTS: when you leave comments on our website we collect the data shown in the comments form as well as your visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

CONTACT FORM: we retain contact form entries for 12 (twelve) months.

COMMENTS: if you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is how we recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically, instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

REGISTRATION: for users that register to our website, we store the personal information provided in the user profile indefinitely. In any case, all users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (even though they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you leave comments on our website, they can be checked through an automated spam detection service, that might have servers outside of the European Union.
